**Analista de soporte en posventa**
- En este rol tu te estarás encargando de proporcionar información técnica, cotizaciones, manuales para cotizacióny cualquier otro tipo de documentación que requieran los clientes con el fin de brindar una solución para ellos. Es primordial que puedas trabajar bajo un enfoque en asegurar una excelencia en la atención y satisfacción que tengan los mismos por parte del área.
**¿De qué te vas a encargar?**
- Atender llamadas telefónicas de clientes internos y externos para dar seguimiento a la atención de los mismos con sus pedidos para apertura de Orden de Servicio en casos urgentes o con algún otro tipo atención inmediata requerida.
- Asistir en la investigación de problemas relativos al seguimiento de órdenes de servicio
- Revisar órdenes de compra del cliente e ingresar en nuestro CRM para su control y manejo adecuado.
- Elaborar cotizaciones de la diferente gama de productos de la línea de negocio cuando sea factible con la información o requerimiento puntual del cliente.
- Informar y dejar evidencia de cotizaciones a los asesores de servicio del área de posventa.
- Apoyarse con el área técnica para dar respuestas a clientes cuando sea factible y/o informar al asesor de servicio de posventa, manteniendo un seguimiento del requerimiento.
- Identificar y evaluar los riesgos inherentes a su área, comunicar al personal, e implementar las medidas apropiadas para prevenir enfermedades y accidentes.
- Identificar los aspectos ambientales significativos y los impactos de su área, comunicar al personal e implementar las acciones para alcanzar los objetivos y metas ambientales.
- Cumplir con el Sistema de Gestión Integral (Calidad. Medio Ambiente y Seguridad) y asegurar el cumplimiento del personal a su cargo.

**Formación académica**
- Ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica o afin.

**Experiência**
- 1 a 2 años en posición similar.

**Conocimientos**
- Manejo de CRM (Deseable)
- Inglés intermedio (Deseable)
