TE Connectivity's Accounting Teams develop, implement and/or maintain one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures. They also design operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.

**What your background should look like**:

- Actividades Generales:
- Análisis y seguimiento partidas en conciliación de cuentas inventario y pasivos GR e IR de filiales y proveedores extranjeros.
- Reconciliación de CFDI de complemento de pago proveedores, carta porte de proveedores de transporte.
- Reconciliación de gastos comprobados de Agentes Aduanales.
- Provisiones de gastos servicios fletes e gastos aduanales.
- Conciliar máster data de proveedores (cuenta bancaria, correo electrónico, método de pago) de acuerdo con solicitudes
- Dar soporte al portal de proveedores nacionales relacionado con recepción de facturas electrónicas.
- Solicitar anticipos a equipo de pagos Costa Rica (CR) y obtención de la factura para comprobación del anticipo.
- Dar seguimiento y resolución a partidas en conciliación de facturas de materiales (faltantes y sobrantes) inter-compañía y proveedores terceros
- Conciliar pagos Inter compañía a fin de mes.
- Conciliar y analizar proveedores nuevos.
- Solicitar fianzas a bróker de seguros.
- Tramitar pago de fianzas.
- Subir archivos de fianzas a portal de tesorería.

**Requisitos**:
- Escolaridad: Preferente Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública.
- Experiência profesional: 1 año
- Conocimientos: Contable, fiscal, financiero.
- Habilidades: Análisis, resolución de problemas
- Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio.
- Software o sistemas: SAP, Excel avanzado

Travel: Less than 10%
