**This position reports to**:
Production Engineering Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Participates in semi-complex buying strategies to purchase and arrange timely deliveries of supplies, materials and services for Real Estate.
- Resolves semi-complex delivery, quality or other related problems with purchases and invoices.
- Participates in updating project plans and purchasing systems; reviews and analyzes requisitions and supply plans for domestic and international purchases, related to Real Estate.
- Participates in the negotiation of prices, terms and quality requirements prepare; requests for quotes and assists in the development of new supply sources; evaluates market conditions.
- Solicits cost reduction ideas from suppliers and initiates follow up action to implement these savings for the company.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree completed.
- 5+ years of experience in a procurement area. If it was for Real Estate (services, contractors and civil works) is a plus.
- Integrity and following of policies, procedures, etc.
- Knowledge in SAP and MS Office is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning and standard operating procedures.
- Negotiation and team worker skills.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Intermediate level of English.
