**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be supporting the HRIS Manager in maintaining, improving, and optimizing the company's HRIS. This role involves collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure the system's effective utilization, providing technical support, and contributing to system enhancements.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of the HRIS to ensure data integrity, security, and system functionality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to HRIS users.
- Participate in HRIS modules configuration to align with business requirements and HR processes.
- Support new implementation of HRIS modules or upgrades, including testing and deployment.
- Generate, analyze, and provide insights for HR data to support decision-making.
- Execute and maintain standard and custom reports, dashboards, and metrics.
- Assist in training HRIS users on system features and updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within HRIS-related activities.
- Implement best practices and automation solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy by conducting data audits in a regular basis in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate in monitoring system access and permissions to protect sensitive HR data.
- Support HRIS-related projects, including planning, execution, and communication.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into system requirements.
- Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for upgrades, patches and releases related to HR Systems and tools.
- Support projects as needed, organizational restructuring, new system configuration, etc.

**ABOUT YOU**
- ** 2-4 years** **in HRIS** function or **experience** or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- ** Solid understanding of** HR processes and practices, including **compensation,** **benefits**, **recruitment,** and **performance management**.
- Familiarity with **HRIS software** (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and achievement oriented.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with general supervision.
- Intermediate English proficiency is required
- SAP Success Factors certification (e.g., EC, RCM, ONB, Compensation) is a plus.
- Occasional travel to other global locations as needed.
- Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate global time zones.
