**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Transition Specialist/Project Manager for a Latin America and USA scope project, responsible for coordinating work planning, risk management, project governance, issue reporting, and supporting process architecture within the project.

**Your Impact**

As a Transition Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing Latin America and USA scope projects, including work planning, risk management, issue reporting, and more.
- Defining, planning, organizing, tracking, and managing project oversight to meet defined requirements or business specifications.
- Ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable quality results.
- Creating and maintaining project management deliverables, such as work plans, project timelines, project charters, risk/issues/change management documents, and lessons learned.
- Providing project management services to support the delivery manager or sponsor in achieving business solution delivery.
- Managing communication and change management efforts for project stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining the project schedule and work plan.
- Documenting project risks and maintaining the issue log.
- Establishing and tracking the project change log.
- Capturing project costs for the budget manager.
- Leading and ensuring compliance with the Transition Methodology.
- Supporting process architecture within the project, including creating flowcharts, narratives, SIPOCs, KPIs, OLAs, SLAs, and more.

Qualifications:
**¿Who Are We Looking For?**

Experience Required:

- Bachelor’s in engineering, Business Management, System and /or Administration Technology Management.
- Advanced English level (C1 or C2)
- 2+ years of experience in project management
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Availability to Travel within Latin America countries and USA
