Estamos contratando un **Launch Engineer** (Unidad de Negocios de **Monroe Ride Solutions**) con sede en **Parque industrial Ciudad** **Celaya, Cel., Guanajuato**.

**Responsabilidades clave**
- Control de nuevos proyectos utilizando las herramientas del sistema Planisware antes (NPIS).
- Actualización de la base de datos NPIS fase 4 para todos los proyectos dados de alta.
- Realización de juntas para seguimiento de APQP. (Formatos del cliente y de Planisware antes (NPIS).
- Generar y actualizar semanalmente el Action Register para cada proyecto.
- Generar el Timing con todas las actividades de cada proyecto y mantenerlo actualizado.
- Identificar los milestones para cada proyecto.
- Participar en la elaboración de objetivos en su área.
- Realizar presentaciones semanales del estado de todos los nuevos proyectos.
- Asistir a juntas con el cliente y/o con el Corporativo.
- Control de cambios internos originados por ECM’s.
- Coordinar la fabricación de muestras, corridas piloto y corridas de PPAP.
- Contar con la autoridad para detener la producción para corregir problemas de calidad.
- Coordinar con ingeniería del Corporativo el lanzamiento de los nuevos productos y/o cambios.
- Evaluación de resultados en lanzamientos con retroalimentación al equipo de APQP.
- Preparar la información para elaborar las cotizaciones de nuevos productos o cambios y participar en el equipo de cotización.

**¿Qué te hará exitoso(a) en esta posición?**
- Nível mínimo de escolaridad: Ingeniería, preferente ing. industrial, mecánica, electrónica o afín.
- De 3 a 4 años de experiência en puesto similar en área de lanzamientos, en empresas de sector automotriz Tier 1 o Tier 2.
- Experiência trabajando con SAP o cualquier otro ERP: Para BOM y especificaciones de dibujos.
- Dominio de Core Tools, especialmente PPAP y APQP.
- Experiência liderando lanzamientos y proyectos con clientes automotrices y manejo de sus respectivos portales.
- Manejo de Software Project (Office).
- Conocimiento en Control Presupuestal.
- Nível de Inglés: Intermedio-Avanzado conversacional.
