**Job Overview**:
This position should cover the maintenance of Yard facilities, offices and shop equipment so it is important to have skills to work with multi disciplinary team and suggest strongly to have experience in a production line to provide improvement and good feeling of the importance to be preventive Maintenance. Responsible for General Services and Shops Equipment to AFY.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Support the preparation, Annual planning and coordination of the work plan for work orders of Preventive and corrective Maintenance.
- Prepare Annual Budget
- Spare parts stock control
- Development of requisitions staff, supplies, equipment and tools.
- Ensure that all employees have received HSES training necessary for the performance of their duties; as well as stop unsafe acts according to established rules and procedures.
- Participation in tool box meetings and HSE Campaigns
- Clarification of requirements and technical coordination with Procurement Department on the status of purchase and arrival of spare parts, equipment and tools to ensure them in time
- Supervise the development of works, ensuring that they meet specifications that support optimal functioning of equipment to meet timeliness and quality production plans.
- Ensure real state integrity of facilities
- Interact with manufacturers
- Management and execution of work orders according to schedule.
- Commitment to implementing safety plans in the development of work
- Supervision in field implementation and development of the structural work.
- Ensure supervisors and foreman comply with their responsibilities
- Continuous training and implementation of procedures in filling their control reports until completion of the work quality and physical and documentary customer for collection delivery tracking.
- Delivery of work progress by physical inspection in the field according to established programs and their compared, participating in the implementation of corrective actions.
- Develop spare part list for shop equipment with ID code associated
- Determine minimum and max for stock
- Maintain daily meetings with their staff to review, distribute and track work programs, to solve requirements, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Attendance and participation in weekly safety meeting.
- Review the results of the BBSM observation behaviors.
- Review and evaluate the performance appraisal by interviewing the personnel with the supervisor.
- Responsible for monitoring report security violations, incidents, injuries and damage to equipment.
- Responsible for identifying and communicating the specific needs that require training to Talent Management and QHSES.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the processes of work discipline, to provide support to the quantity and quality of production and profitability.
- Participate in the MDR Operational Values campaigns - MOVs (Dissemination and workshops)

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- Engineer :Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical and others
- 5 years of experience performing a similar position
