Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the communication strategy across various channels. Responsible for leading the development of compelling social media content, overseeing the social media team. Lead the financial education content initiatives. **What You’ll do?**:

- Proven experience in leading successful social media and communication campaigns.
- Capacity to manage and lead a team.
- Ability to create compelling and engaging content that drives audience interaction and brand loyalty.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and team management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding and experience working with CRMs.
- Fluent in EnglishGrowth mindsetStrong portfolio demonstrating content creation and management skills.
- Track record of delivering projects and impact in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
