**General Description of the Role**
- Develop and implement multy country category sourcing strategy for indirect materials (Capex, Logistics, Marketing and Other services) aligned with business needs
- Lead negotiation, contracting and suppliers performance management
- Support suppliers related process (NPD, Performance Improvement, Claim setting)
- In scope category will have 60-75% focus on Capex & Logistics
- Be the lead Business Partner with different departments such as Innovation, Liquids, Supply Chain, Marketing, Manufacturing etc, engaging, aligning and influencing leaderships into the Sourcing Strategies.
- Execution of Procurement P2P and Operational Excelence for Purchase Orders & Supplier Due Diligence and Approvals.

**Mission/Objectives**

In line with the procurement mission, the objectives of this role are to ensure efficient, effective and continuous supply of NPR Categories (Indirect Procurement related, including but not limited to Capex, Logistics, Marketing, etc ) for Campari Mexico, Argentina, Peru and Brazil through the design and the implementation of the most appropriate sourcing solutions and vendor performance animation, constantly investigating opportunities to improve our cost-base in a sustainable way.

**Key Responsibilities and Activities**
- Lead Business Partnership with other departments.
- Engagement with Global Category Teams on the conception and execution of the strategic sourcing plans.
- Understand operation environment, technical specification, trade environment.
- Develop Knowledge of Category Cost break down, Cost modelling, Cost index tracking
- Develop cost evolution assumption to support Budget process
- Analize total cost of Ownership. Develop and execute category productivity plan to improve efficiency
- Lead Request for proposal / Request for quotation
- Execute risk assessment analysis and mitigation program
- Develop sustainability Roadmap with suppliers
- Develop market analysis including SWOT, Porter and other models to category strategy setting
- Develop and implement multy country category sourcing strategy aligned with business needs
- Negotiation, Contracting, define and implement order/stock policy
- Lead Supplier Performance Management for assigned categories
- Support New product development projects
- Support suppliers performance improvement plans
- Support resolution of quality claims, service issue, administrative gap
- Ensure compliance with the standards or requirements established in Procurement Policy

**Experience Required**
- Minimum 8 years procurement experience in Capex and Logistics, experience in marketing is a plus.

**Education / Professional Qualifications**
- Engineering or other Business related
