**Responsibilities**:
- Understands and applies Information Technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities.
- procedural problems.
- Identify and assess new technologies and concepts that can add value to the business
- Maintain Production Systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and Governance processes
- Support day to day business requirements according to Global SLA.
- Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources available.
- Partner with internal Information Technology Organizations such as Global Development, Risk Management and the Global Shared Service Organization and other cross-functional business units as necessary.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with GIT Peers, Business partners, customers and external resources to deliver business requirements
- Lead and coordinate implementation of medium and large size projects across the division.
- Participate and contribute in special projects or initiatives such as institutional programs, committees and others.
- Collaborate with other GIT and external partners to deliver business requirements.
- Coordinate activities of internal and/or external resources according to project needs.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Mathematics, Computer Science or other related field.
- 5-7 years of experience as SAP IT Expert, IT Project Manager or Consultant
- IT Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM) / Materials Management (MM) / Production Planning (PP) design, configuration and deployment as main knowledge.
- Experience as a Project Manager or leading IT projects for 5-7 years.
- English proficiency
- Knowledge in Implementation Methodologies like Agile, ASAP, Scrum, etc.
- Experience in integration between SAP Quality Management, Production Planning, Material Management and Sales & Distribution.
- Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs in technical specifications (English and Spanish).
- Strong ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, technologies, individuals and cultures.
- Desirable experience in other SAP supply chain modules like Warehousing (e)WM, Sales & Distribution (SD) or Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration is a plus.
- Desirable experience in people management.
- SAP ABAP Programming is a plus
