Misión del puesto

Generar las comunicaciones en los distintos canales y puntos de contacto del usuario como: Redes Sociales, Página Web entre otros.

Roles and responsibilities- Desarrollar textos y copies de producción para la comunicación en canales internos con el fin de contactar a nuestros clientes en diferentes touchpoints.- Colaborar de manera activa con el equipo de Branding en el desarrollo del contenido para campañas promocionales en medios digitales- Colaborar con distintas áreas para elaborar y diseñar los mensajes óptimos para cada una de las áreas como cobranza, CX entre otros.- Redactar, estructurar y corregir textos.- Elaborar campañas de marketing y automatización.- Crear del plan de contenidos.- Redar artículos y manuales.- Definir de la estrategia de comunicación (tono y estilo)

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 5 años.
- Formación académica en Comunicación, Medios digitales o Diseño.- Capacidad de redacción usando diferentes estilos, desde el más técnico al más cercano.- Captar rápidamente las ideas y plasmarlas de forma clara por escrito.- Estar al día de las nuevas tendencias y la cultura popular.- Permanecer actualizado sobre los nuevos medios de publicidad
