Uses LEAN - Six Sigma assessment tools to identify opportunities and gap areas to integrate into acceleration plans. Facilitates the development, introduction and tracking of standard work for leaders and Engineers within the focus area. Teaches others to create and use LEAN - Six Sigma standards. Implements activities that build engagement throughout the transformation team. Provides coaching through problem solving activities to address ongoing barriers to the transformational change. Develops training requirements to close the LEAN - Six Sigma capability gaps within the organization. Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the closure of corrective actions and non-conformities of SGC of their own area. Manufacturing Problem Solving Methodology. Responsible for developing and implementing the continuous improvement plan and present it to his direct supervisor and Executive team for approval. Help to deliver on project/process related to the continuous improvement plan Plan, lead and execute the implementation of the Lean Operations System across departments Support in preparing updates and supporting documents Provides timely and regular status reporting to management and project stakeholders Help creating the culture of “continuous improvement”, by fostering knowledge transfer and collaboration across teams in the different departments, sharing and celebrating successes Participates in project meetings to help define project scope and objectives Provide solutions to operational challenges Improve OEE across manufacturing areas in conjunction with cross functional team members Lead KPI implementation on OEE initiatives

Experiência y requisitos

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or similar. +5 years Previous Operations experience in Manufacturing Company. Black belt certificate Excellent communication Skills. No gender No Age requirements specified Bilingual English/Spanish Project Management Organizational skills Communication Problem Solving and Root-cause analysis. Lean Six Sigma Tools
