**Descripción de puesto**:
We are looking for a talented professional to staff the position of Smart Innovation Analyst who will contribute & participate in the monitor & oversee CEMEX innovation portfolio & also to generate analyses that support the decision making processfor CEMEX’s venture buildings.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Prepare periodic reports (Power BI) analyzing CEMEX Innovation Portfolio
- Prepare financial information & budget tracking for CEMEX’s venture buildings.

**Retos del puesto**:

- Develop Power BI reports (UI & UX)
- Prepare periodic reports analyzing financial information

**Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos**:

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Economy, Engineer or equivalent field of study.
- No previous working experience is required (graduated from College).
- Proficient in Microsoft programs with strong emphasis in developing Microsoft Power BI dashboards & managing complex Excel files.

Technical Skills:

- Well known financial statements & business planning expertise Managerial Skills:

- Strongly driven self motivated and hard working.
- lnterpersonal skills: Honesty and Charismatic.
- Observation: Ability to pay attention to specific details.
- Ability to work with multicultural teams.
- Solid communication skills: Able to transmit ideas and takeaways.
