**What are your key accountabilities?**
- Facilitate in coordination with the Business Control Manager chair the margin review meeting. Undertake the margin meeting with a circulated headline review of the financial forecast.
- Proactively research, monitoring, identify and report on potential margin, price and volume erosion trends and work with stakeholders on proposing solutions.
- Update, review previous documented actions and allocate new future actions from the meeting.
- Explain margin drivers through collaborating with various Business Process Owners.
- Visibility across departments. Then influencing through commercially assessing and supporting recommendations on strategies using predefined report with KPI tracking.
- Proposed by these departments that affect customer and product profitability to the executive leadership team.
- Diagnostic and prediction in coordination with Pricing Manager and Commercial department about products achieving the targeted margins as directed by the business strategy.
- Generates monthly revenue and sales reporting for local, BU and corporate level review and alignment with finance.
- Calculates commission/incentive award payments to sales personnel based on commission plan provisions.
- Performs staff support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication and administration of sales commission or incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas.
- Reviews commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Build, generate, and analyze reports using PBI.
- Continuous improvement / Change agent_
- Actively works with the OpCo’s on improving the local Admin/Finance-Sales/Price processes by implementing the best practices and standardization reports. This results in a continuous improvement in terms of quality, robustness and efficiency.

**_ Minimum Qualifications:_**
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economical, Accounting or Business.
- Technically proficient in advance office software and PBI Building reports.
- Strong analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
