EHS Manager

Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Be a role model in maintaining a culture of Safety. - Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local governmental EHS regulations in Mexico. This includes written programs, records & keeping. - Represent QTI positively and highly effectively in all dealings with external customers, vendors and agencies. - Ensure that individuals on the team are supported to maximize their effectiveness through continuous professional development. - Develop plans, policies and procedures for all areas within scope of this position and ensure compliance across the site - Partner cross-functionally to develop SOPs/Work Instructions for safe work practices and equipment across all departments and roles - Investigate, report, and provide corrective actions/results/trends for all accidents and incidents - Maintain all logs and documentation associated with permits and regulatory requirements - Inspects facilities to identify existing or potential safety, health, and/or environmental hazards; determine corrective or preventative measures and follow-up to ensure measures have been implemented.

Experiência y requisitos
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish - Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, Power point, etc - Understanding of regulatory requirements (ISO, AS, NSF, UL) - Able to make decisions with reasonable information - Degree - 3 Years EHS Management Experience - LGEPA, STSPS, OSHA, Civilian Protection, Hazmat and Fire Safety Knowledgeable - English - Fluid written and spoken - Performance Indicator
