Ejecutivo de Ventas/Administrador

Las funciones recaen en:

- Afianzar el proyecto de 2 bocas para hospedaje para el personal de la Zona.
- Aumentar la productividad, las visitas de las mismas ofreciendo un producto (hospedaje) innovador.
- Manejo de tarifarios, el allotment a ofrecer y los diferentes rates plans para cada uno de ellos, dando el seguimiento de reservaciones generadas, envió

de promociones y paquetes especiales.
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias de limpieza y mantenimiento de los airbnb para hospedaje, con los más altos estándares de calidad, verificación de procedimientos face to face es inside house.
- Análisis de mercado, control de inventarios, reporte de ventas y pricing.
- Medición raiting de satisfacción de servicio al huésped, plan de ventas, seguimiento de satisfacción al huésped.

Sueldo de 15,000 a 20,000 pesos mensuales según aptitudes.
