The Credit Portfolio Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for conducting credit reviews, credit approval and monitoring the portfolio to identify credit migration in coordination with the Risk Management team. The overall objective of this role is to manage Citi's portfolio exposure to clients and counterparties globally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve issues and recommend solutions to moderate problems
- Integrate specialty area knowledge with an understanding of industry standards and practices and how teams collaborate to accomplish goals of the sub-function/ job family
- Serve as an industry expert and advisor
- Analyze and approve counter-party credit limits for trading, transactional and financing businesses with funds
- Develop risk management framework and processes for funds
- Advise businesses and clients on transaction structures and negotiate credit terms
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in financial analysis, accounting and valuation
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Titulado universitario o superior en Actuaria, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Economía o Ingeniería.
- Ingles Nível Medio (Indispensable)
- Conocimiento claro del proceso de Crédito Consumo.
- MS Office, SAS y SQL
- Conocimiento en algún lenguaje de programación (VBA, Transact SQL, R, etc).
- Ejecución de procesos y reportes de seguimiento del portafolio hipotecario.
- Coordinar con la Administración de Riesgo y otras áreas (global, centralización de datos, finanzas) para asegurarse de que la información del portafolio contenida en varios informes y presentaciones sea precisa y tenga sentido.
- Identificar continuamente mejoras y eficiencias en los reportes para cumplir con los objetivos del negocio a través del análisis minucioso de problemas y realizar las correspondientes alertas/recomendaciones.
- Identificar oportunidades de negocio, desarrollar proyectos de seguimiento y estrategias de riesgo (seguimiento a los cambios de política e impactos), y trabajar con equipos interdisciplinarios para garantizar la ejecución sin errores de pruebas de políticas (validación de la política) y estrategias.
- Interacción continua con las áreas de Negocio y Finanzas, para dar seguimiento a la rentabilidad requerida por la corporación.
- Atender y resolver las consultas y peticiones relacionadas a la administración de Riesgo.
- Asegurar que los reportes tengan la documentación y los controles adecuados establecidos acorde.
- Manejo de tablas y bases de datos del portafolio Hipotecario, así como asegurar la calidad e integridad de la información entregada en los informes.
