The Quality Leader has the role of deploying and facilitating the quality culture, ensuring and controlling quality to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations, and representing the customer’s voice within local teams, providing customer experience feedback and input. In this role you will provide assistance with and maintain the quality management system, managing all aspects in line with guidance from ABB Group.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Assisting in implementing internal controls to verify that processes meet requirements, and making sure that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating risks.
- Enabling and coaching employees to evaluate risks, problems and solutions from a customer/stakeholder point of view.
- Utilizing systems and tools to assist the Engineering function with product data and evaluations to ensure that products meet expectations throughout their lifecycle.
- Providing quality training to local teams, enabling them to define and document processes that are efficient and under control.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or related.
- Five years of experience working in similar positions.
- Quality Experience (5s analysis, etc.) - ISO 9000.
- Electrical experience, knowledge in Lean Manufacturing (continuous improvement) and knowledge in SAP is desirable.
- Green Belt or Black Belt Certification is required.
- Experience as a team lead with at least 10 people in charge.
- Advanced English level.
- Collaborative, solution-focused approach, strong written and spoken communication skills and good skills to work as a team.
