**Soporte en la implementación de la mejora continua en los programas diseñados bajo estas herramientas para asegurar el correcto desenvolvimiento como líder del Proyecto y miembro del comité de dirección (ESC).**
- Soporte en el entrenamiento del personal involucrado en las herramientas de manufactura esbelta utilizadas para el logro de los objetivos CI.

**Encargado del Desarrollo de los talleres de trabajo de Manufactura esbelta**
- Liderear los proyectos o equipos de trabajo como asesor o mentor enfocados en la solución de problemas utilizando la herramienta DMAIC.
- Proveer el recurso y el soporte a las áreas funcionales para identificar, planear e implementar la herramienta de Six Sigma a los proyectos en Desarrollo.

Analizar el desempeño a los sistemas y procesos de la compañía para identificar, dar recomendaciones e implementar modificaciones que generen como resultado mejoras a la eficiencia en el desempeño general de la compañía.
- Liderear mediante reportes a la gerencia el estatus, avances y retroalimentación de los proyectos establecidos o en Desarrollo.
- Manejo eficiente del cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones federales, estatales, locales y de la compañía que forman parte del puesto o área dentro de la compañía.
- Establecer un estándar de reuniones con la dirección para revisar los avances en las estrategias, las herramientas y los progresos para la implementación de los proyectos.
- Cumplir con las políticas y estándares establecidos en materia de Seguridad y media ambiente establecidas por la compañía.

Implementación de mejoras continuas al almacén o áreas de surtido de materia prima, balanceo de líneas de producción, mesas de trabajo, lay out.

Asegurar del correcto proceso de la mano de obra o labor control en el Sistema SAP.

EXPERIENCIA
- ingeniería terminada.
- Certificación Six Sigma por un centro de capacitación certificado o equivalente.
- Mínimo 4-6 años de experiência diversificada en ingeniería.
- Éxito demostrado utilizando técnicas lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, DFMEA y otros.
- Excelente escritura técnica basada en inglés y habilidades verbales
- Manejo de múltiples proyectos bajo tiempos definidos
- Fuerte habilidad interpersonal en desarrollar relaciones e integración con el personal.
- Experiência trabajando con diversas áreas o departamentos de la organización
- Adaptabilidad al trabajo
- Disponibilidad para viajar con un rango de probabilidad del 20%
- Capacidad de trabajar de manera independiente y capaz de llegar al resultado esperado.
