Uno de nuestros clientes, una plataforma de bienestar corporativo, está buscando expandir su equipo comercial por lo que está buscando un **Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) **para expandir su presencia y operaciones en México.

**¿Qué Buscamos?**

Como HRBP, apoyarás a los líderes y equipos de la organización a lo largo de todo el ciclo de talento. Te encargarás de desarrollar estrategias y colaborar con los miembros del equipo de RRHH corporativo, local y del Centro de Excelencia (CoE) para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, involucrar y retener empleados a través de iniciativas de RRHH, y establecer un diseño organizacional eficiente.

**¿Qué Harás?**
- Trabajar estrechamente con los Socios de Negocios de RRHH para respaldar la estrategia comercial general ayudando a identificar, priorizar y desarrollar capacidades, comportamientos, estructuras y procesos organizativos a través de la ejecución operativa.
- Apoyar y liderar la expansión continua del Grupo en México.
- Gestionar y mantener la documentación clave de reclutamiento, dotación de personal, incorporación, ciclo de vida del empleado y requisitos relacionados con HRIS y fuera de línea.
- Asesorar a individuos y gerentes en actividades de relaciones laborales como período de prueba, planes de mejora de rendimiento, procesos disciplinarios y otros asuntos comerciales.
- Apoyar a los gerentes de línea e individuos en el proceso de gestión del rendimiento. Proporcionar consejos y orientación continuos para respaldar un rendimiento óptimo.
- Ofrecer una excelente experiência de incorporación trabajando con el negocio para desarrollar currículos, redes, experiências y materiales y encuestas pre/post incorporación.
- Proporcionar informes de personas con análisis de datos sobre actividades críticas como participación, rotación y temas de bienestar con acciones y seguimiento.
- Apoyar otros proyectos y tareas operativas de RRHH identificados para los equipos de negocios alineados.
- Comprender opiniones y experiências de empleados; ofrecer un punto de vista para anticipar necesidades y abordar preocupaciones de manera proactiva.

- Conocimiento de procesos y mejores prácticas de RRHH.
- Gran atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente (tomador de decisiones).
- Capacidad para reaccionar rápidamente y adaptarte a prioridades cambiantes; ayudar a los miembros del equipo a adaptarse a circunstancias cambiantes.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y resolutivas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita
- Capacidad para trabajar colaborativamente con otros.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español.
