**_Roles and Responsibilities:_**
- Develop, Test and deploy Custom Images and Recovery Solutions for Microsoft (Win10) and Linux images
- Develop Code for Automation Tools including Integration via API and Database Management
- Leveraging corporate tools and processes
- Root cause analysis of factory stop ship issues
- Collaborates and communicates with internal and outsourced development partners regarding software systems design status, project progress, and issue resolution.
- Participates as a member of project team of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions for assigned systems portion or subsystem.

**_ Skills and Experience:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of Experience on following areas
- Imaging Tools like DISM, ImageX, MDT, Symantec Ghost experience is needed
- .Net Development Languages, specifically C#
- Python expereince is a plus
- Design and Development of User Interfaces, User Controls and Custom Controls using ASP.NET and C# is a plus
- Hands-on experience in ASP.NET, MVC, LINQ, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, XML, SQL Server, and Visual Studio.
- Knowledge in an Agile/Scrum delivery model
- Familiarity working in Azure Devops.
- SCCM knowledge/experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Medium/High level in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate design proposals and negotiate options.
- These processes are complex and can take 1-3 months to become fully trained on all the processes.
- Bilingual (English)

Image Configuration Services - Systems / Software Engineer with capability to learn to develop and configure Windows and Linux Images, as well as understand BIOS impact in such services including standard customization of BIOS. Engineer is not expected to know HP tools, this job position includes full training and practice in real projects with help of experienced engineers and Subject Matter Experts to achieve their full potential.
