As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will sit within the International Accounting team, where your responsibilities will include all aspects of external payments, the general ledger, and month-end close for our International entities.

**What You Will Work On**:

- Responsible for the timely and accurate entry of accounting operations / payment settlements
- Process, reconcile, monitor, and resolve any issues with payment to external vendors
- Work with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of payments
- Collaborate with our internal product and operations team to enhance processes for accounting operations and payment settlements
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Manage account analysis, reconciliations and various accounting schedules as part of the month-end close process
- Compile and analyze large volumes of data for reporting
- Assist in implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure all financial transactions are executed according to GAAP principles
- Provide support during the annual audit
- Assist with special projects, as needed and perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Staff Accountant role with strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- A highly analytical self-starter with the ability to resolve problems independently
