We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Internal Quality Engineer** based in **Apodaca Plant, Nuevo Leon, Mexico**. (E-Systems Division).
As an Internal Quality Engineer, you will have an excellent opportunity for communicate quality objectives to production staff and drive quality improvement activities, leading a 0 PPM mindset and follow up on corrective actions to achieve it.
Your Task will be:
- Management of Quality auditors.
- Continuous improvement.
- Quality performance of production lines.
- Follow-up of non-conforming material.
- Support for audits.
- Maintains the current controls of the production process and the development of the poka yokes of the process.
- Monitoring that the line operates in accordance with the requirements and giving corrective actions.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Education: Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial, Electronic/mechatronic engineering or any related field.
- 3 years of experience in the electronic automotive industry.
- Terminal insertion knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of SMT, Backend and mechanical assemblies.
- Microsoft Office-Intermediate
- Knowledge of Core Tools, IATF 16949 rule and IPC 610 Standard.
- English-Intermediate.
