- Be familiar with operational system installation
- 1-3 years in a desktop support\asset management role in a corporate environment desired
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with the core foundation of the ITIL Asset Management lifecycle a plus.
- Good knowledge of Windows & Mac OS

**Your Tasks**:

- Performing installation / staging / imaging of devices (laptops and desktops).
- Assisting with user asset deployment of hardware to sites across Canada, Mexico and USA
- Quality inspection (visual) of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Timely update of asset management database.
- Deployment metrics and issue reporting.
- Perform basic repairs ( keyboard exchange, battery swap).
