Tele-Help is Mexico & Las Vegas-based business process organization (BPO); we focus on providing skilled staff to our partners in the United States and Europe. The Founder recognized an unmet need for remote Spanish-speaking employees in the U.S and the underutilized parallelism between Mexico and the U.S. Leveraging the understanding of the U.S, standard time zones, and similarity in work ethic, Tele-Help delivers the people and skills U.S companies require.

**Remote Business Development Outbound Call Agents**

**You Must Have**:
Cold calling: 1-year minimum (required)

Fluent English (required)
High-Volume Phone Based Sales 150 -200 calls per day
Verifiable successful phone sales

**What makes a successful Tele-Help Sales Representative?**
- You have enjoyed successfully hunting new business from leads and prospects you generate.
- You possess confident closing skills and know-how when to ask for a sale.
- You’re equally comfortable interacting with people virtually.
- You’ve demonstrated the ability to surpass goals and dust yourself off after a setback.

**You Must also have the following**:

- good working computer
- headphones
- Strong Wi-fi
- Quite place to work

**Pay**
- $10,000 MXN base salary per month.
- $75 US Per successful sale
- Uncapped commission.

Pay: $10,000.00 - $27,581.64 per month
