Labor Psychologist

Visión general:
Ensure compliance with legal requirements of NOM-035-STPS in conjunction with committees of each plant.

Conduct questionnaires to identify social risk factors, analyze results, establish action plans and monitor activities established in the plans, in conjunction with committees from each plant.

Supervises, assigns activities and develops personnel under his/her responsibility.

**Responsabilidades**:
Provide psychological care and therapy for personnel with severe traumatic events and personnel with high and very high levels of social risk factors.

Requisitios:
Education required and/or years of work experience: Psychology Bachelor degree

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Good knowledge on NOM-035-STPS
- Good/Expert in Psychotherapy
- Good/Expert psychology evaluation
- Ability to solve high complexity problems
- Capability to present and deal with top management
- Fluent English, spoken and written

Certifications Required
- Professional ID as a psychologist

2 or more years of experience working as an Labor Phycologist

Industry experience preferred (desirable)
