El gerente de Grupo de la Unidad de Negocios ocupa un puesto de nível sénior responsable de las actividades administrativas generales de un negocio. Estas tareas pueden incluir gestionar auditorías externas, realizar actividades de continuidad de negocio, o abordar cuestiones regulatorias. El gerente de grupo de la Unidad de Negocios puede coordinar y gestionar actividades como el seguimiento de las finanzas del negocio, la plantilla de empleados y otras necesidades administrativas y proyectos ad hoc según sea necesario.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Impulsar mejoras administrativas, operativas, de informes y de calidad a través de la asociación con equipos internos.
- Gestionar el control financiero al aplicar un conocimiento integral del Departamento de Pérdidas y Ganancias (Profit & Loss, P&L), incluidas las provisiones correspondientes, las asignaciones (alocaciones) de clientes, el impacto de la capitalización, los contratos de precio fijo y recuperación a fin de mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la productividad.
- Responsable de la tecnología de todos los productos, obligaciones administrativas y regulatorias junto con el equipo, incluidas cuestiones financieras, regulatorias, de personal, calidad y riesgo.
- Realizar actividades de gestión de proveedores, lo que incluye garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, y coordinar la negociación y el procesamiento de contratos.
- Supervisar el proceso del Informe de Metas Críticas del Negocio y otros procesos de informes para garantizar la calidad, eficiencia y precisión.
- Garantizar que las métricas de personal sean precisa, se haga un inventario y planificación de bienes raíces y se gestionen la incorporación y finalización de recursos.
- Trabajar con el equipo de liderazgo de Tecnología para respaldar la estrategia de Personal del Negocio, y la estrategia de Comunicación para el departamento.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares.

**Calificaciones**:

- Más de 10 años de experiência en ambientes complejos y globales con múltiples partes interesadas
- Experiência en gestión, preferentemente en un puesto de servicios financieros
- Conocimiento de la industria y tecnología de servicios financieros
- Habilidad comprobada para gestionar un equipo
- Habilidad comprobada para trabajar en ambientes de mucha presión
- Demostrar de manera constante una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.

**Educación**:

- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.
- Preferencia de maestría.

Serve as the agile dojo's lead, in charge of guiding the transformation towards a lean, customer centric, value oriented organization. Main actitivites include the coordination of the Agile coaches for each business capability, set the guidelines of the Way of Work Framework, spreding the agile culture throught the organization, etc.

**Skills**:

- 10+ años de experiência en roles de tecnología ( background en Tecnología ) - Ingeniería / Licenciatura en Sistemas
- 7+ años de experiência en posiciones de transformación digital, change management, IT Strategy
- Experiência comprobable desarrollando e implementando estrategias de cambio a nível organizacional
- Conocimientos solidos en marcos de trabajo agiles (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, Disciplined Agile, etc) y gestión de proyectos. Certificación deseable, mas no requerida
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación, capaz de tener discusiones estratégicas consiguiendo alineación con el equipo directivo
- Habilidad para promover una cultura de innovación y colaboración, así como facilitar la resolución de conflictos

**Responsibilities**:

- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how areas collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives. Acts as advisor to executive leadership.
- Continuously coaches stakeholders and other executive roles on the way of work and technology disciplines and agile practices.
- Supports Business Owners to provide transparency to the roadmap and related organizational priorities
- Facilitates or help other executive members facilitate discussions to align the strategic efforts to execution to accomplish aconstant delivery of products and solutions for our users.
- Tracks teams performance against the IT business plan and service level agreements; identifies gap
