**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Conduct in-depth data analysis using Excel to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, including quota attainment, forecasting, budget control, and other relevant KPIs.
- Utilize SQL and PowerBI (if applicable) to extract, transform, and visualize data for reporting purposes.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- ** Experience**:

- ** 2-5 years** of related experience in data analysis, with a focus on sales operations analytics.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights through data analysis.
- **
Technical Skills**:

- Intermediate to advanced level experience in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
- **
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and interpret complex data.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on driving business results.
- **
Communication & Collaboration**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with experience working in cross-functional environments.
- **
Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales operations, including quota management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial controlling.
