The Office Administrator ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to staff and management. This includes overseeing office supplies and equipment, organizing meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office records.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to information when needed. This includes organizing documents, filing paperwork, and managing databases.
- Manage calendars and schedules for executives or other team members. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to conferences and expos.
- Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
- Assist in planning and coordinating office events, meetings, or conferences.
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes, procedures, and systems.
**Requirements**:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required for entry-level office administrator positions
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with office software and CRM.
- Practical communication skills, both verbal and written

- Teamwork and Collaboration.

- English and Spanish Fluent.

- Gross month salary $10,000.00 - 12,000.00 MXN based on experience
- 2 Days off (not working on weekend)
- Full-time role with a balanced schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, including a 1-hour break.
