The Strategic Operations Analyst is accountable to plan, organize and evaluate activities relating to the fiscal strength and operations of the company. Assists in the development, implementation and monitoring of financial plans and accounting functions, as well as special projects.

**Requisitos del puesto**
- Professional career completed in Industrial **Engineering, Bachelor of Administration, Business, or related career**:

- **ADVANCED ENGLISH (90%)**:

- Minimum experience of **5 years in production planning processes **and master production planning
- Analysis of data and trends of results as well as formulation of action plans to correct planning opportunities.
- Execution of continuous improvement tools for inventory control and materials management
- Forecasting experience
- Ability to manage information and root cause analysis techniques.
- Experience in data analysis and results trends.
- Management of MRP systems
- Raw material inventory management
- Advanced Excel, MS Office

**Responsabilidades del puesto**

Coordinate timely delivery of Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations updates.

Present results in SOP meetings of different metrics when required.

Calculate Safety Stocks, ABCD classification, supplier´s lead time

Reduce inventory levels according to company policies.

Root cause analysis of inventory excess,

Root cause analysis of supplier late deliveries

Generate inventory reduction activities across all functional areas

Demand / Forecast / Materials plan validations

Development of planning and production metrics to monitor the performance of each business unit

Daily monitoring of productivity and efficiency of critical production lines.

Monthly calculation of shipment goals by operations business unit and daily monitoring.

Calculation and monitoring of direct personnel needs according to monthly sales.

Consolidation of information for the daily POR Compliance meeting, SOP Plan, production, absenteeism and overtime.

Update of internal plant metrics.

Update of global metrics

Support business units and purchasing as backup in delivery assurance and planning functions
