**Job Responsibilities include**:
- Source & negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
- Review pricing and opportunities for business savings.
- Issue purchase orders and process in the accounting system.
- Place orders with suppliers, tracking open orders and verifying invoices.
- Assist with processing special order requests.
- Communicate with vendors, tracking orders and resolving price discrepancies.
- Provide analysis on costs, new and existing, and review cost reduction activities.
- Create and maintain files for open and closed orders, vendor files, etc.
- Perform other hospitality and administrative operations functions.
**Requirements include**:
- Minimum 3-years related purchasing experience
- Purchasing experience in hospitality or construction industries a plus
- College degree preferred
- Hospitality industry experience a plus
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Highly organized & hard-working individual
- Excellent problem-solver
- Cheerful personality; creative
- Able to work with all levels inside and outside of the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be familiar in the use of computers and software such as Microsoft Word, & Excel
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
