**PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN**

Esta posición pertenece al departamento de Operaciones.

Esta persona será responsable por el proceso End-To-End de adquisición dentro del área de Indirectos en Procurement, que incluye el manejo relacionado a las compras de Servicios para el equipo de Marketing para todo Latino America y Caribe (Lancar). La persona seleccionada trabajará conjunto al equipo de Finanzas y Marketing en la gestión y ejecución de diversos proyectos de forma simultanea.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Responsable de la ejecución de los planes de abastecimiento de BAT Lancar (definición y seguimiento anual del Plan de Compras).
- Ejecutar el proceso de aprovisionamiento estratégico para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y objetivos de las partes interesadas.
- Gestionar la relación con el cliente y todos los aspectos de la contratación relacionados con el servicio al cliente.
- Comprender los requisitos del cliente/unidad de negocio, incluidos sus objetivos de negocio, metas, iniciativas, direcciones y requisitos de rendimiento del proveedor.
- Apropiarse de la relación entre procurement y stakeholders a nível local fomentando activamente un enfoque centrado en el cliente dentro de la contratación.
- Aplicar políticas, normas y plataformas globales, incluida la metodología de Sourcing Management y ofrecer condiciones sólidas que gestionen de manera eficaz la prestación de servicios y el riesgo comercial de BAT.
- Aplicar un enfoque coherente de gestión de cuentas en consonancia con las directrices mundiales.
- Fomentar la implementación de políticas, plataformas y estándares de contratación geográfica y global dentro de las unidades de negocio.

**EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESENCIALES**
- De 1 a 2 años de experiência en procesos de operaciones, marketing o compras.
- Conocimiento de los principios de procurement.
- Licenciatura en Administracion, ingeniería o cualquier área afin al departamento.
- Nível de inglés Avanzado
- Conversacional.
- Capacidad de negociación.
- Habilidades de Servicio al cliente.
- Proactividad y dinamismo.
- Time Management.

**DESEABLE**
- **Experiência en Compras en empresas de consumo masivo.**:
