Gestión de la relación con el cliente
- Responsable de la satisfacción del cliente a través de la calidad del servicio ya través de una comunicación regular, proactiva y precisa en el sitio (hora estimada de llegada, trabajo realizado, etc.)
- Responsable de informes precisos y en tiempo real del trabajo realizado (a nível de equipo ) para garantizar la precisión de e-Optimum y la notificación al cliente.
- Responsable de mantener excelentes relaciones con los clientes, la persona de contacto y los usuarios finales presentes en el sitio, aplicando la actitud de Embajador.
- Responsable de la seguridad y el rendimiento del equipo
- Responsable de la gestión del entorno del sitio durante las operaciones de servicio
- Responsable de identificar los riesgos del sitio y comunicarlos a su supervisor
- Responsable de tomar medidas inmediatas en el sitio en caso de identificación de alto riesgo y de aplicar el procedimiento de escalamiento
- Responsable de identificar reparaciones de servicio "no planificadas" basado en las necesidades del equipo, contactar a la persona de contacto en el sitio, obtener su aprobación si no está cubierto por el contrato y realizar las

Operaciones de servicio
- Responsable de los usuarios finales y la seguridad del sitio
- Responsable del entorno de trabajo seguro
- Responsable de las prácticas de trabajo seguras y de llevar a cabo las operaciones de acuerdo con las instrucciones de mantenimiento y las instrucciones de seguridad.
- Responsable de la ejecución de las visitas de servicio (mantenimiento planificado, callouts y reparaciones de servicio) respetando el cronograma y límite de tiempo (callout), los estándares de calidad, la previsión de tiempo y los procesos
- Responsable de planificar efectivamente su carga de trabajo, en conjunto con el supervisor de servicio
- Responsable de elevar las ventas a su supervisor
- Responsable de informes retrospectivos muy precisos y oportunos del trabajo realizado de acuerdo con el proceso
- Responsable de presentar hojas de tiempo basadas en la ejecución
- Responsable de administrar su stock de proximidad (estanterías, inventario, transferencia de stock, etc), identificando la necesidad de repuesto, solicitando el repuesto a su supervisor.
- Responsable de mantener las herramientas, furgonetas, instrumentos, etc. de servicio seguros, mantenidos y en buenas condiciones
- Contribuye a la mejora continua de los productos, los métodos y la seguridad mediante la realimentación a la organización PCM y su supervisor

Liderazgo / Gestión de personas
- Responsable para la actualización regular de su supervisor sobre toda la información relevante
- Responsable de estar fortalecido con todos los aspectos del ascensor y la tecnología asociada y responsable de asistir a la capacitación propuesta
- Puede ser necesario que brinde capacitación/entrenamiento a las personas designadas por el supervisor
