**Claims Service Associate**

We are looking for a solution-oriented Claims Service Associate passionate for provide Customer Service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers after they experience an accident, collecting facts necessary for the claim and reviewing policy contracts. Our policyholders will count on your patience and attention to detail to begin the claims process and settle undisputed non-injury claims. Our Claims Service Representatives provide excellent service and advise claimants of the next steps to get them back on the road.

REQUIRMENTS:

- Ciudad Juárez
- High School degree is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance or related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar position (Customer Service).
- 100% bilingual: Spanish and English, both speaking and writing.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

- Outstanding customer service skills and/or experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Multi-task at a high level.

WE OFFER:

**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
