About the role

**Responsibilities**:

- In this customer-facing leadership role you will be holding discovery sessions and will be acting as the liaison between us and our clients, utilizing your expertise surrounding Field Service implementations.
- You will lead clients through the building, testing and deployment of the solutions on the Salesforce platform, providing support from end-to-end of the Field Service implementations.
- Experience installing FSL managed package and guided setup configuration.
- Experience with setting up FSL data model (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Territories, etc)
- Strong Experience with Salesforce Maps.
- Ability to configure Service Rules and Objectives in support of Field Service business processes.
- Conduct architecture reviews to ensure Salesforce and Industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Salesforce team.
- Participate in the Salesforce release management process, including testing and deployment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices and make recommendations for their use.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years implementing Salesforce Field Service
- Salesforce certifications (Certified Salesforce Field Service Consultant and Service Cloud required).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and extensible Salesforce solutions.
- Experience in leading technical teams and collaborating with project stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
