**Project**

A commissioning crew for a FNLG vessel working offshore Western Africa.

As the Crew Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects related to crew personnel for the FLNG vessel commissioning project. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified personnel for various roles on the vessel. You will work closely with HR and relevant departments to ensure compliance with all necessary certifications, licenses, and training requirements. Additionally, you will oversee crew schedules, rotations, and accommodations, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated crewing process throughout the project's duration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment and selection process for crew members required for the FLNG vessel commissioning project.
- Work closely with HR and training teams to ensure crew members meet all required certifications, licenses, and training standards.
- Oversee crew scheduling, rotations, and leave management to ensure optimal manpower on the vessel at all times.
- Coordinate crew accommodations, transportation, and welfare during the commissioning period.
- Liaise with crewing agencies and contractors to ensure the availability of qualified crew members.
- Resolve crew-related issues and concerns, maintaining a positive and productive work environment onboard the vessel.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in maritime studies, HR, or a related field.
- Previous experience in crewing and manning for maritime or offshore projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with international regulations and certifications for maritime personnel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

**Essential Requirements**
- Previous offshore experience
- Experience working on a project (commissioning/construction/hookup)
- Need to be comfortable working offshore for 2-3 months
- Valid Passport
- Possess the following certifications: BOSIET/FOET, OGUK Medical, Yellow Fever card, Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
