**POSITION PURPOSE**
- Manage and lead the Business Unit Manager, Manufacturing department to enrich the objectives of the company and is responsible for achieving the objectives of safety, quality, production, customer service and financial results.

- Daily and routine activities

- Direct the responsibilities of business unit Managers. Ensure the functioning of direct optimization work, to meet all customer requirements.
- Provide support to other departments of the company.
- Resolve conflicts of work and production.
- Provide support and monitor the training of plant personnel, just as it has been established by the company.
- Keep your partner's motivation.
- To maintain order and discipline in the plant.
- Ensure that the objectives of quality, productivity and manufacturing costs are met by implementing the actions, plans or processes necessary to achieve it.
- Coordinate the development of plans and programs aimed at improving or maintaining levels of turnover and absenteeism plant programs.
- Verify that the manufacturing operations do not endanger the safety of personnel or facilities and compliance with safety practices in manufacturing
- Provide business unit manager, Production Supervisors, shift leader, opportunities and direction for the development of their work and skills.
- Ensure that inventories of material in the areas of manufacturing and information maintained in SAP, is correct and support the production control.
- Establish and maintain good working conditions and ensure designs and processes are within safety codes, policies and guidelines.
- Comply with company behaviors.
- Regular and ongoing monitoring and focused feedback with your manager and his staff in charge.
- Compliance and Monitoring in a timely manner the BB’s program.
- Comply with the rules of safety and hygiene and environmental policy.
- Actively participate in the safety and hygiene committee and the environment and brigades in case of emergency if necessary.
- Attend the training scheduled by the company.
- Comply with the training assigned to the position according to your training matrix as well as ensure that you are trained before executing an activity.

English: High level

Experience: 5 to 8 years

**Knowledge in the areas of**:
