Sourcer

(Remote position anywhere in Mexico)

**JOB SUMMARY**

Divelement is a strategic technical partner to clients. We collaborate with like-minded organizations to build and develop technologies, bringing vision to reality. The Sourcer (likely to interchange with Recruiter, Technical Recruiter) is an integral addition to Divelement’s mighty team. Not only will this Sourcer be adept in various sourcing and recruitment strategies, they will also take ownership of the recruitment process and collaborate with the People and Talent Team to scale our operations. They will support our efforts in developing recruitment and hiring best practices, and participate in continuous development, and they will share an interest in igniting a passion for self-accountability and maintaining Divelement’s status as one of the best places to work.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Screening and Interviewing**:
**Applicant Tracking**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Divelement’s applicant tracking system.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and preferences.
- Share knowledge and expertise on recruitment best practices with hiring teams.

**Reporting**:

- Provide daily reporting on the statuses of each open role to hiring managers and leadership.

- Trello (and/or Monday)

**Requirements**:
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition at a Tech Consulting company.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
