El objetivo del puesto **CBS Supply Network Replenishment Planner** es administrar el despliegue de productos terminados desde todas las instalaciones de Colgate (fabricación y fabricación por contrato). Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los socios de la cadena de suministro de funciones cruzadas y con el equipo de integración de SC para maximizar el uso de APO-SNP en toda la red de distribución. Son responsables de ejecutar una estrategia de reabastecimiento que equilibre el servicio y el capital de trabajo.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Administre la comunicación de escasez de inventario: comunica todos los problemas de disponibilidad de inventario pertinentes a la organización comercial y la cadena de suministro. Actúa como punto de contacto entre la organización comercial y la Cadena de Suministro.
- Ejecución de la estrategia de nível de existencias objetivo de DC: valida la sincronización entre R3 y SNP, lo que garantiza la integridad de los datos para impulsar el cálculo preciso de las existencias de seguridad y es capaz de Promise Logic en APO.
- Equilibrio de red: habilidades analíticas y conocimiento funcional para identificar, resolver y prevenir excepciones de implementación de inventario no planificadas, como, entre otras, escasez de producción, redistribución de existencias necesaria, cambios/fluctuaciones de pronóstico e interrupciones de transporte, envíos directos desde almacenes centrales a grandes mayoristas..
- Cumpla con los objetivos presupuestarios: cumpla o supere los objetivos, incluido el peso de la carga del camión, los movimientos no planificados de almacén a almacén, así como otros ahorros de FTG. Incorpora y ejecuta procesos de reabastecimiento de “Mejores Prácticas” para contribuir a maximizar el servicio al cliente, minimizar costos y optimizar el inventario.
- Gestión de excepciones: realiza un análisis semanal de la "causa raíz" e identifica las acciones correctivas que se pueden tomar para evitar cortes futuros innecesarios.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Negocios o un campo relacionado.
- 1-2 años de experiência en Cadena de Suministro un plus si es en logística, planificación o gestión de inventario.
- Experiência en Excel.
- Nível de inglés avanzado.
- Experiência usando SAP - APO.
- Deseable experiência en manejo y análisis de datos.
