**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Follow and enforce requirements for safety, occupational health and environmental protection.
- Control of Banks and Treasury.
- Scheduling Payments to Suppliers.
- Record of payments made.
- Banks daily report.
- Preparation of bank reconciliations.
- Supervision of accounts payable assistant.
- Validation of Scrap reports.
- Buy foreign exchange.
- Control of peso cash flow.
- **Online Banking Management**: Managing bank accounts and online banking activities, including bank transfers, interbank transfers, and daily banking transactions. This encompasses updating account balances, downloading payment receipts, performing bank reconciliations, handling funding for import and export customs duties, reviewing expense accounts, and updating the bank account catalog.
- **AX System Recording**: Recording expenses in the AX ERP, to maintain precise tracking of financial transactions.
- **Payment Scheduling**: Scheduling and managing daily and weekly payments to ensure they are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Invoice Review and Validation**: Verifying invoices scheduled for payment, including validation of key details such as amount, tax information, currency, invoice number, purchase order, and supporting documentation.
- **Financial Reporting**: Creating financial reports, such as the Cash Flow report, to provide an overview of the company's financial position, including ABL (Asset-Based Lending) and Borrowing reports.
- **Interdepartmental Collaboration**: Collaborating with the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and accounting departments to share relevant information and ensure effective coordination.
- **Payment Processing**: Preparing checks and handling wire transfers and ACH payments in both domestic and foreign banking systems.

**Salary**: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
