- Responsible to execute the maintenance program, repair and maintain in better condition production equipments. Performs equipment monitoring to detect and repair potential failures. Gives monitoring and undertaking improvement projects of capacity, capability, yield improvement, equipment stability & new facilities and equipment relocations. development of procedures and /or instructions for maintenance and production personnel.- Bachelor’s degree: Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or similar.- English Intermediate level.- Minimum 2-year experience as Equipment Engineer support, Field Service Engineer, or System Automation Development Engineer. Experience in troubleshooting complex electronic/mechanical equipment. Blueprint reading and interpretation is a must. knowledge metrology tools and equipment, PLC programming, Arduino interface and vision systems.- Technical Knowledge/Skills:- Other Skills:
- Software and Apps: Microsoft Office (Power Point and Excel), Power BI, Minitab, Solid Works and MS Project.- Ability to solve problems of middle-level semi complex, immediate and long term. Ability to handle multiple problems at once. Uses techniques, experience, and analysis processes to detect the best solution and develop an action plan.- Decision making: Decisions made based on manuals, occasionally uses judgment.- Teamwork: Works with people with different tasks and depend on each other.- Communication: Communicates to groups, making adaptation changes according to audience. Actively communicates with those with differing opinions and differing levels of understanding- Used alternatives to encourage groups.
