**Company Overview**

The Tablo Hemodialysis System, FDA cleared for use from the hospital to the home, represents a significant technological advancement that transforms the dialysis experience for patients and operationally simplifies it for providers. Tablo serves as a single enterprise solution that can be utilized across the continuum of care, allowing dialysis to be delivered anytime, anywhere and by anyone. The integration of water purification and on-demand dialysate production enables Tablo to serve as a dialysis clinic on wheels, with 2-way wireless data transmission and a proprietary data analytics platform powering a new holistic approach to dialysis care.

**Position Overview**:
The Sales Enablement Data Analyst role will be focused on the collection, review, interpretation, analysis, and presentation of sales, marketing, and sales compensation data. Financial controls and audit of data is a commonplace, and this role will gather and present needed data to support those audit controls. This role requires being detail-oriented and thorough. In this role, you will support the Sales organization directly, while working closely with Marketing, Finance, and People Operations.

**Responsibilities/Functions**
- Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends.
- Communicate with management team regularly.
- Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity.
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party data to bolster analytics solutions.
- Present actionable information and insights to team members and management.
- Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively.
- Collaborate with team members and build partnerships across the organization.
- Compensation data extraction and analysis monthly.
- Data ownership, analysis, and interpretation in Excel, AWS QuickSight, and other analytics tools.
- Commission plan maintenance.
- Presentation development and delivery (PowerPoint skills a must).

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Accounting, or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of word processing, PowerPoint, Excel, Database Management, and SQL/Python.
- Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Superior oral and written English communication skills.
- High level of organization and detail-orientation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
- Good attitude toward teamwork, as well as the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize / excellent time management.

**Desired Qualifications**
- AWS QuickSight experience.
- Salesforce Data experience.
- Performio data experience.
