We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing efforts in Mexico. In this role, you will play a key role in driving the success of our products in the market, developing compelling value propositions, and executing effective go-to-market strategies. As a senior member of our team, you will contribute to the growth and expansion of our business in Mexico.
**Responsibilities**:
Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop clear and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience in Mexico;
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends to inform positioning strategies;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, to gather insights and align on messaging and value propositions.
- Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Define and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases in Mexico;
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and timelines, considering local market dynamics and consumer preferences;
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales enablement initiatives;
- Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities in Mexico;
Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and market opportunities for our products;
- Utilize market intelligence to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and feature enhancements.
- Product Messaging and Collateral:
- Create compelling product messaging, sales collateral, and marketing materials to effectively communicate product value and benefits;
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-quality product-focused content, such as product guides, case studies, and sales presentations;
- Ensure consistency in messaging across various channels and touchpoints.
- Sales Enablement:
- Develop sales enablement materials, including sales decks, battlecards, and product training resources, to support the sales team in Mexico;
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate sales teams on product features, value propositions, and competitive positioning;
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing and sales efforts and optimize sales performance.
- Customer Insights and Feedback:
- Collect and analyze customer insights, feedback, and market data to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations;
- Collaborate with product management teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements and features;
- Act as a voice of the customer to ensure customer-centricity and drive customer satisfaction.
- Product Launch and Performance Tracking:
- Plan and execute successful product launches in the region, working closely with cross-functional teams;
- Establish metrics and KPIs to track product performance, market adoption, and customer satisfaction;
- Regularly analyze and report on product performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology industry;
- Strong understanding of Mexico's market landscape, consumer behavior, and local market dynamics;
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for new products;
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and ideas;
- Proven track record in creating impactful product messaging and collateral;
- Experience in sales enablement and working collaboratively with sales teams;
- Strong project management abilities, with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
- Familiarity with market research methodologies and competitive analysis;
