**HR Business Partner**

**What will you do**:

- Coach business leaders and first line supervisors on handling employee issues.
- Assist with Compensation & benefits communications or issues as well as annual salary planning.
- Research effectiveness of HR programs and propose improvements to policies, programs and procedures to ensure higher effectiveness and operations
- Season HR professional with experience in Training, Labor Relations, Change Management, Staffing
- Identify and coordinate employee development programs and training plans.
- Assist with talent acquisition (analyze headcount needs, forecast and support process)
- Ensure employment law compliance

**What is required**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources MBA is a plus
- 6+ years’ experience in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years employee relations experience
- Senior experience with union and labor relations is a must
- HR experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- Advanced English skills will be required for this role
- Experience facilitating employee and supervisory training strongly preferred.
- Approachable and demonstrated strong trusting relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to resolve conflicts objectively.
- Effective listening, relationship building and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
