- Soporte al HRBP en los diferentes procesos de Recursos Humanos de la función Comercial en OS.
- Procesos de Comunicación Interna, Town Halls, Perfiles, Eventos al personal y Comité de Cultura Organizacional.
- Atención y servicio a los colaboradores de la función.

**Requisitos**
- Carrera terminada.
- 1+ exp en Recursos Humanos (prácticas cuentan).
- Inglés Avanzado.
- MS Excel Avanzado (tablas dinámicas, v lookups). MS Power Point y plataformas digitales y diseño.
- Habilidades de comunicación.
- Proactividad, organización, enfoque a resultados, autodirigido.
