**Visión General**:
Understands the priorities and workload for the day. Meet with team to align priorities and to do´s. Makes sure that activities are done within expected timeframes (product receipts, putaway, pick/pack, shipments. Reviews urgencies/roadblocks. Liases with Customer Services, Commercial and RAQA departments as needed. Reviews metrics attainment and projects status.

- This is a critical role to ensure that company revenue and customers expectations are met.
- Responsible for keeping inventory accuracy and product integrity
- Makes sure the operation is compliant to all rules and procedures, ready to go thru audits as needed
- Brings suggestions/ideas to optimize processes and meet company goals
