Estamos buscando a nuestro/a próximo/a
**Staff Platform Engineer LATAM** para que sea parte del equipo
**Tech Ops**, donde colaborará en el diseño, implementación y soporte de plataformas escalables y confiables, siguiendo las mejores prácticas DevOps utilizando tecnologías como: AWS, GitHub, Kubernetes, Terraform, Pulumi y Ansible. Un objetivo clave será contribuir al desarrollo de nuestra Plataforma de Desarrollo Interno (IDP - Internal Development Platform) que busca optimizar el proceso de desarrollo de software dentro de nuestra organización.

En Xepelin estamos creando un nuevo estándar de servicios financieros, lo cual trae muchos desafíos de escala e implementación, por lo que necesitamos tu creatividad, liderazgo y talento.

**Vas a tener oportunidad de...**:

- Diseñar, implementar y mantener la infraestructura en la nube utilizando servicios de AWS y GCP.
- Configurar y mantener la integración y entrega continua (CI/CD) utilizando herramientas como ArgoCD y GitHub Actions.
- Ayudar y orquestar clústeres de Kubernetes, utilizando herramientas como Kustomize y Helm para desplegar y escalar aplicaciones en entornos de producción.
- Implementar y administrar la infraestructura como código (IaC) utilizando herramientas como Terraform, Pulumi, entre otras.
- Apoyar a los equipos de desarrollo y operaciones para asegurar la estabilidad y el rendimiento de la infraestructura y las aplicaciones.
- Identificar y proponer soluciones para problemas de rendimiento, seguridad y disponibilidad en los sistemas y aplicaciones.
- Investigar sobre nuevas herramientas y tecnologías relacionadas con la infraestructura y la entrega continua, y proponer mejoras.
- Brindar soporte en la implementación de estrategias de observabilidad, que mejoren el performance de las plataformas incluyendo monitoreo, estabilidad, registro y trazabilidad.
- Participar en la resolución de incidentes relacionados al stack tecnológico y la infraestructura de la empresa.
- Documentar proactivamente sobre los procesos generados, herramientas implementadas y servicios levantados.
- Ser referente para otros miembros del equipo de Platform.
- Liderar investigaciones en incidentes en producción y diseñar estrategias de resiliencia.

**¿Qué te ayudará a tener éxito?**:

- Título en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Sistemas o campo relacionado.
- Al menos +8 años de experiência en roles similares: Dev Ops, SRE, Platform.
- Experiência sólida con un enfoque en la construcción y administración de infraestructuras en la nube. Preferiblemente AWS.
