**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with different departments, analyzing financial data, and implementing reconciliation processes to maintain financial integrity.
- Perform reconciliations for various financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Manage large amounts of transactions and calculate business balances for multiple products ensuring the data is accurately inputted.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis to improve financial processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to industry-specific regulations and compliance standards in all financial activities.
- Provide support in collections activities and collaborate with relevant teams for effective debt recovery.
- Generate reports on collections performance, outstanding balances, and reconciliation status.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in reconciliation procedures and reduce errors.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial reconciliation or a related field.
- Analytical mindset and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial transactions.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis tools and MS Excel.
