Collaborate with an American company that finances, buys, and sells used cars. Maintain acceptable standards set by the department and provide an outstanding customer service level in a very professional environment.

**Profile**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years’ experience in a related field. (Administrative, Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics)
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Identify wholesale units
- Identify and update all data and admin information in the system used to manage ARS inventory.
- Systems Include: iDMS, Auto IMS, Rapid Recon, Triconet.
- Assign and manage transportation for all ARS units going to auction until secured under ARS, and for other units in inventory as needed.
- Assure proper documentation is set up and in place.
- Monitor pick-ups and deliveries of the inventory.

**We offer**:

- $16,000 gross monthly (3,000 net weekly).
- Performance bonus $3000 monthly (paid quaterly)
