Qe Engineer

**Critical Functional/Technical Skills**
- They can independently work on complex projects involving developing framework and automation practices as well as help other team members with the same. Ideally, they are the go-to person on the team for anything technical.
- Extensive experience with JavaScript, Cypress is preferred.
- Motivated to debug user feedback and include them in test strategy and communicate with the team.
- Relevant experience on testing microservices and AWS experience is plus.
- Experience working in FinTech, Banking, or related Consumer Financial Services companies is a plus

**Critical Soft Skills**
- They must have a customer-focused mindset and must possess good problem-solving skills.
- Endless curiosity and ability to spot failure points and communicate them with the team.

Ideal Background and expertise
- 7+ years of experience in QA with progressive increase of responsibilities.
- 4+ years of experience with frontend and backend automation frameworks.
- Strategic understanding of automation tools and frameworks, with hands on ability to implement and maintain automation regression.
- Strong experience in programming practices Java, Python, JavaScript.
- Proven experience with Cypress, Selenium.
- Experience in testing Mobile Applications is plus
- Experience working and implementing Jenkin pipelines(CI/CD)
